It's been to long!!!

Hello!!! Sooo.. I have been gone.. Well I am back... This week I lost 3 lbs yea yea !!! total of 45 gone.... Ill be back later to write more i just want to add something since it has been so long.

I suck!!

Hello! So it has been 2 months and 5 days since my last blog. NOT COOL MICKAELA!!! So I guess I should update you. Well. Since my last post we have had Easter and Mother's Day. There have also been birthday parties and what not. I haven't been too too bad.

The break down:

Mar 17: +.2 (last post)
Mar 24: -4.8( almost 5 lbs OMG)
Mar 31: -.8
Apr 7: +1.0 (=[) It's ok though)
Apr 14: -1.6
Apr 23: -.8(changed weigh in days to Saturdays)
Apr 30: -2.2
May 7: -1.8
May 14: -.6

So today May 21st. I lost another pound. I'm so happy. I have been walking more and I have been working out. I am proud of myself. I had a mentioned to WeightLossForDudes on youtube that I have never lost this much on Weight Watchers before. Not that the program doesn't work. It's just that I have always hit a plateau and I have always quit. Earlier this year a friend of mine came over for dinner one night and she was tell my  parents and me that its a mental thing. Your mind and body will know when you're ready. This just so happen to be the time in my life where I was ready. So readers you are probably wondering what the total is right? Lol.... Well since January 6th, 2001 I have lost 41 pounds exactly. I now have 119 lbs left to lose til I reach goal. When I get there I will be the happiest chick alive.

Weigh In 3.17.2011


Ok so last night I made a post bout gaining. Well I did but not by much only .2. I'm kinda ok with it. I think it could be muscle though. After doing the Zumba Flat Abs my thighs are always in pain. Lol I think I'm toning my abs and my thigh muscles. So I am ok with it. Oh yea Happy St. Patrick's Day.

Ugh Mad!

Ok so.. its 1:46 in the morning and all I can think about is my weigh in. I have a feeling I am going to be disappointed. My scale at home is a piece of SHIT! lol Ok yes! I am just sayin that because I'm upset a little. I ate really good this week, I worked out for 150 minutes  but I feel that I have gained. I have my fingers crossed. I hope I have a good weigh in. Will record update tomorrow when I get home from the meeting. Wish me luck I know I need it. =[

Need some new tricks!

Hey everyone. I think I am in need of some new diet tricks. I have this feeling that I am going to gain this week. I mean I have been eating well. All within my points for the day. I rarely go into my weekly allowance. I will be a little upset if I don't lose this week. I'm really hoping to lose this week. But I guess I will see tomorrow! =[ I hope you all have a great day!

Igh 4:15am and can't sleep! Well...

OK so it's 4:15 in the  morning and I can't sleep. Well I haven't tried laying down yet. LOL. I worked out today. An hour. I did 35 minutes of Zumba Live and then 34 minutes of Zumba Flat Abs ( two rounds). After my work out I found myself wanting to go into the kitchen and get something to eat. STUPID!! I just worked out and burned calories and I'm thinking about food. STUPID!! LOL. So instead of walking into the kitchen I decided to repaint my nails before taking a shower. So I did that and the whole time I was thinking about getting something to eat. Grr. Maybe this is my punishment for not eating all of  my points today. =[ I had 15 left over after dinner. Maybe I should of ate another piece of meat at dinner or more salad. Hmm. I thought I would blog because it keeps my mind off of things. And I like it. I like to be creative. And sometimes when I blog I think of ways to make them a little funny so I can make them more enjoyable for you, the reader. I'm getting tired but for some strange reason I don't want to lay down yet. I guess my body is still wanting it to be earlier then it really is. Being hungry isn't fun. I hope i didn't bore you I just felt like writing today. I hope you all had a great weekend and hope you all have a great week ahead.

Youtube Challenge.

So yesterday I was watching some youtube videos of  SoxHeather and I saw that she started her own challenge. It was a challenge to work out for 30 mins a day for 5 days for 6 weeks. I decided to jump on board and go along with her in this challenge. Yesterday I worked out for my 30mins. I felt great!!! Zumba is so fun. I don't know if I am going to be working out today since I have school from 3:30 to 8:15 tonight. I might just skip it and just work out tomorrow for an hour and then the rest of the weekend and early next week. Or maybe I will just work out everyday until I reach my mini goal. =]

I FEEL SO MOTIVATED!!!!!!
